The aegedu.com website ("www.aegedu.com”) or “AEG” is owned, operated, and maintained by American Educational Group.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
American Educational Group services are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance, without modification, of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By using aegedu.com the site and/or engaging for the performance of any services for you, you are agreeing to all such terms and conditions. Your use of a particular section of the www.aegedu.com site included within the www.aegedu.com site may also be subject to additional terms. In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular section of www.aegedu.com site, then the terms contained herein shall control.

The services that American Educational Group provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use. AEG may automatically amend this Agreement at any time by (a) posting a revised Agreement on the AEG Website, and/or (b) sending information regarding the amendment to the email address you provide to AEG.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULARLY REVIEWING AEG WEBSITE TO OBTAIN TIMELY NOTICE OF SUCH AMENDMENTS. YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED SUCH AMENDMENTS BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SERVICES AFTER SUCH AMENDMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED OR INFORMATION REGARDING SUCH AMENDMENTS HAS BEEN SENT TO YOU. Otherwise, this Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both you and American Educational Group.

WEBSITE ACCESS
American Educational Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable access and make personal use of the www.aegedu.com site but not to modify it, or any portion of it, except with the prior express written consent of American Educational Group. Personal use includes non-commercial use of the services provided by www.aegedu.com as agreed upon by and between you and American Educational Group but does not include any derivative use of this site or its contents or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. AFFILIATIONS

American Educational Group is not affiliated, associated, connected or in agreement with any universities, associations or its officials and representatives. The University list provided on www.aegedu.com website is only for reference and American Educational Group doesn’t claim or student /user should not construe this information as being affiliated or associated with those Universities.

PROPRIETARY MATERIAL, OWNERSHIP RIGHTS, AND USE
All www.aegedu.com proprietary website content that is made public available to view and/or download in connection with American Educational Group site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software (“Software”), is owned by and is the copyrighted work of American Educational Group and/or its suppliers and is protected by laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of www.aegedu.com proprietary Content and/or Software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE CONTENT OR SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHER SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED

PAYMENTS
Full payment for packages must be received before starting your application case. Applications will be started only after the payment has been deposited / transferred to www.aegedu.com account. For wire transfer students should contact AEG through e-mail or Phone to gather account information and routing number. It is the responsibility of student to verify all banking information before wire transferring the payment. If payment is made in currencies other than USD your credit/debit card will be charged for selling price equivalent to USD on that date.1.7% Tax and service charge and 1.3% credit card transaction charges will apply on all transactions .For DD ,Money Order and Wire transfer student or applicant should contact AEG for details.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of www.aegedu.com site, you will not use www.aegedu.com site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use www.aegedu.com site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the www.aegedu.com site (or the network(s) connected to the www.aegedu.com site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the www.aegedu.com site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the www.aegedu.com site, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the www.aegedu.com site, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the www.aegedu.com site. You may not utilize reverse engineering, disassembly or any other means to develop a product, database, list, process, software or business plan based on any Proprietary Material.

PACKAGES AND SERVICES

AEG provides different packages and services to students. Comprehensive package(Regular) covers counseling, selection of 5 universities , application fees for 5 universities, standardized test scores fees(GRE,TOEFL..ETC), completing applications for scholarships and financial aid ,credential evaluation fee, assistance in SOP(Statement of purpose), assistance with writing reference letters and assisting with writing resume. Students/applicants are fully responsible for completing the admission package for each university by sending financial/sponsor information from bank, affidavit of support notarized and sending original or notarized copies of their academic institutions directly from the universities they attended to university they are applying. AEG will provide student with addresses their application has to be sent to. The time frame varies with students and will be applied before university application deadline.
Comprehensive package(Expedite) covers counseling, selection of 5 universities , application fees for 5 universities, standardized test scores fees(GRE,TOEFL..ETC), completing applications for scholarships and financial aid ,credential evaluation fee, assistance in SOP(Statement of purpose), assistance with writing reference letters and assisting with writing resume. Students/applicants are fully responsible for completing the admission package for each university by sending financial/sponsor information from bank, affidavit of support notarized and sending original or notarized copies of their academic institutions directly from the universities they attended to university they are applying. AEG will provide student with addresses their application has to be sent to. AEG provides guarantee their application for expedite process will be completed in 20 business days.20 business days are calculated from Monday through Friday each week excluding Saturday and Sunday. This guarantee covers only services that AEG is responsible to complete and doesn’t include student responsibility for sending SOP, reference letters, financial letters, letters from sponsor and sending original/notarized copies from academic institutions they previously attended .Expedite package is not available to students who need document translation. Adding more Universities covers the same services as above. If the student subscribed for regular the university application will be processed as per comprehensive regular package and if student subscribed for expedite it will be treated as expedite process. If student register for more universities after their initial registration 20 days will be calculated only from the day they subscribed for these addition universities (e.g. if student registers on January 1 for an expedite package and adds additional universities on Jan 9 the additional universities will be expedited only from Jan 9 and 20 days expedite process starts only from January 9th). Selection of Universities covers only selection of 5 universities, reason why we submitted these universities, Financial and scholarship applications, addresses for each universities where applications and other documents to be sent and information’s on those universities, deadlines for applications and scholarships. AEG will not fill those applications. AEG will only send by regular post to addressee and it is the student responsibility to complete the application and send to universities. Credential Translation Service Translation of academic and work experiences are done through a certified evaluation agency (Outside Educational Evaluation services) and will be forwarded to universities. AEG doesn’t do transcript translation service. Expedite process is not be available if student subscribed for translation service.

COMPLETION OF ALL APPLICATIONS GUARANTEE
American Educational Group guarantee 20 day application completion time for expedite process. 20 days is considered to be 20 business days excluding AEG’s non working days (Saturday and Sunday).The completion of application doesn’t include student responsibility of sending financial bank information ,reference letters, statement of purpose, affidavit of support from sponsor, Resume and original /notarized academic transcripts. It is the sole responsibility of student/applicant to send the above said information’s / transcripts to universities so as to complete the application package for the universities. For students who require translation of their records this 20 day guarantee doesn’t apply.

GUARANTEED I-20 (ADMISSION LETTER)
Technically no one can guarantee an admission to a University. Based on our past experience we have very high admission rate .The I-20 guarantee mentioned on www.aegedu.com website is only based on AEG’s past experience and doesn’t guarantee from any of the University officials, Organizations or any of its representatives. Moreover, the admission guarantee can be in any of America’s 50 states and cannot guarantee a university mentioned in preference section on AEG’s application. Receiving admission letter (I-20) will take between 45days to 4 months.

UNIVERSITY VS COLLAGE
University is defined as group of collages (arts, engineering, medical, humanities, etc…) or institutions in campus. Collage is defined as standalone educational institution. Both university and collage are affiliated as per US federal laws and degrees obtained from either University or collage is recognized globally. Our admission guarantee could be in either university or collage and you agree to accept admission letter from either university or collage if offered admission.

STANDARDIZED TEST SCORES
For admission into a University applicant/student need minimum test scores in GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, SATI, II, ACT etc…per university criteria’s. AEG reserves the right to reject/advise student/applicant based on standardized test scores.

REFUND POLICY
Once payment is made, AEG will not refund any amount except in a scenario mentioned below. a) If we were not able to secure you an I-20, we will refund only the balance amount other than paid to as University fees, Standardized reporting score fees for GRE, TOEFL, GMAT, SAT, ACT, IELTS etc.., Transcript evaluation fee, Transcript translation fee and Postal charges. Since these amounts are paid to external 3rd party vendor for service we will not be able to refund any of these payments. You understand the above refund policy and in no other scenario the payment made to AEG will be refunded. If students prefer to cancel the application process after payment they can do so, but no refund will be made.

TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
American Educational Group reserves the right, to terminate or limit your access to www.aegedu.com site and related services (including but not limited to access to www.aegedu.com site electronic mail) or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, if you violate any terms in this Terms and conditions of www.aegedu.com site.www.aegedu.com login to students may not be available occasionally due to upgrades and server maintenance. Such upgrades and maintenance are necessary to provide quality service to students and no claims or refunds can be claimed under such circumstances.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
THE INFORMATION INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH WWW.AEGEDU.COM SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. ADDITIONAL TEST AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
Some Universities may require additional English tests after being admitted to the university. It is the responsibility of the applicant/student to follow up with representative of the university/AEG if there are any such requirements are deadlines. Also, most Universities require student/applicant to submit proof of medical immunizations such as MMR (Measles, Mumps Rubella), Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B, Polio, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Varicella, and Meningococcal Meningitis Vaccines. These medical requirements vary with universities and some require HIV testing in addition to above immunizations. It is the responsibility of student/applicant to submit above records if they are admitted.

TRANSCRIPT EVALUATION AND TRANSLATION SERVICE
Students from Non-English speaking countries may require notarized transcript evaluation and translation of their educational and work experiences. Translation and evaluation of academic and work experiences are done through a certified evaluation agency (Outside Educational Evaluation services) and will be forwarded to universities. AEG doesn’t do transcript evaluation or translation service. If Universities specify a particular education evaluation service vendor, AEG will do so for that university.

HOUSING FOR STUDENTS
AEG will provide information on housing options available to students once you finalized your university. AEG will provide contact information, deadlines and different options in order for students to make decisions for their stay. Students should directly contact and pay respective university for housing.

AUTHENCITY OF SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS
It is the responsibility of applicant/student to submit notarized/original academic and work experience documents. American Educational Group does/will not verify the authencity of documents that are submitted. If any document submitted during application, admission, evaluation and translation process be deemed altered, forged, falsified or tampered with in any way, AEG or its affiliates/vendors hold no responsibility for such document submission. AEG or its affiliates have no mechanism to verify/test the authencity of these documents and will not be responsible for any falsified document submission by applicant/student. If found AEG will terminate the application process and payment made will not be refunded.

DISCLOSURE, SEVERABILITY AND SURVIVAL
American Educational Group will not disclose any personal, academic or financial information to any 3rd party vendors However, American Educational Group reserves the right to disclose any personal information about you or your use of the www.aegedu.com site without your prior permission if American Educational Group has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of American Educational Group or its affiliated companies; (3) enforce the Terms of Use; or (4) act to protect the interests of its users. American Educational Group performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of American Educational Group right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of www.aegedu.com site or information provided to or gathered by www.aegedu.com with respect to such use.

JURISDICTION

AEG corporate and this site is operated from Chennai, India and you expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with AEG, or in any way relating to your use of the AEG Site, resides in the city of Chennai, India and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Chennai in connection with any such dispute including any claim involving AEG or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers and directors,.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the internal substantive laws of Chennai, India without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or of any other term or condition.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, VISA OR JOB GURANTEE
AEG doesn’t provide any financial assistance or sponsor students. Neither do we provide visa assistance or job guarantee to anyone. It is the responsibility of student to apply for visas in their respective countries after they receive admission.

ELECTRONIC RECORDS AND COMMUNICATIONS
A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
